Below Terms & Conditions of sale apply to all deliveries from Stori.

Payment

When you order through Stori, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. After that, your order will be packed and dispatched. If your order contains items on backorder, these items will be dispatched as soon as we receive them in stock. The expected delivery time will be stated on the product page. Payment will be deducted from your payment card when your order has been dispatched. All prices on Stori are inclusive of 25% VAT and in DKK.

To make it as flexible for you as possible, you can choose from several different shipping methods.

Within Europe

GLS Delivery to Parcel Shop: Have the package sent with GLS and pick up your package at your chosen GLS parcel pick-up point. When the package is on its way to the ParcelShop you have chosen, you will receive an email and possibly an SMS stating that your package is on its way to the shop.

GLS Private Delivery: GLS will delivery your parcel to your private address. If you are not available to receive the package at home, you will need to pick it up at the closest GLS shop.

Return

We offer a full 100-day return policy starting from the day you receive the goods. The items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition and packaging as when received. Once we have received the goods and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible.

The buyer is responsible for covering all expenses related to returning the goods, including arranging the return shipping themselves.

Complaints & Warranty

Any complaints about goods with defects and deficiencies upon receipt must be reported within 24 hours by contacting us. As per the Danish Sale of Goods Act, the customer has the right to complain for up to 24 months from the date the product was received. The customer can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a discount, depending on the specific situation. The complaint must be justified and must not be due to improper use of the product or other damaging behavior. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect of the item. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will effectively begin the complaint process and will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Privacy Policy

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you. Your personal information is registered with Stori and stored for five years, after which it is deleted. When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your explicit consent, so you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. The company has access to the information registered about you. We do not store customer information encrypted, nor do we transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to Stori is not disclosed or sold to any third party, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. As a registered user with Stori, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. These rights are granted to you under the Danish Personal Data Act. If you have inquiries regarding our privacy policy, you can contact us on kundeservice@stori.dk.
